We are seeking candidates for our Workforce Solutions and Total Rewards Senior Sales Executive position. This role is a hybrid position and prefers candidates based in the Charlotte, NC area.
Senior Sales Executive (Sales Professional)
We will count on you to:
- Responsible for driving net new business sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling our comprehensive suite of workforce and total rewards solutions to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling sales proposals and presentations and negotiate and close contracts.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions and differentiate them from competitors.
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage leads, and maintain accurate records.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in Total Rewards, HR solutions, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to prospect and close sales independently.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a sales team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the workforce management, total rewards or similar industry.
- Successful software sales experience.
- Experience selling into middle and large size organizations in the Charlotte, NC and/or Mid-Atlantic territory.
- Successful professional service sales experience with a focus on driving new business.
- Ability to speak to managing a highly complex matrix driven environment.
