Growing together.The Special Account Coordinator is responsible for the total account management for all Occupational Medicine Special Accounts. The Special Account Coordinator is responsible for the appointment booking, billing matters, database management and overall maintenance of the accounts. The Special Account Coordinator will be called upon regularly to meet with customers in-person to discuss and review account needs and protocols. The Special Account Coordinator will also regularly liaison with clinic operations to ensure all corporate protocols are in the system, by patient, and are followed as per company specifications.

Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
3+ years customer service experience/training- Database management experience
- Knowledge of insurance and billing concepts and theory
- Knowledge of health insurance
- Knowledge of MS Office Products
- 10 Key by touch. Type 30 WPM
- Driver's License and access to a reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- 60 college hours in a business, sales/marketing or healthcare administration major
- Experience at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in occupational medicine
- Experience servicing business related accounts
- Bilingual, English and Spanish
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.38 to $36.44 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
