Aon is currently hiring for a Regional Sales Director (Midwest and Southeast region) for Healthcare Affinity Programs.About the Role:
Aon Affinity is seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Director to drive new business growth across our Healthcare Affinity programs. This is a field-based, individual contributor role focused on generating premium and revenue through retail insurance agencies and producers.
This role is ideal for a quota-driven insurance sales professional who enjoys prospecting, thrives in a performance-based environment, and understands how to influence business through agent and broker distribution.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Own new business production across an assigned Midwest and Southeast U.S. territory
- Prospect and educate captive and independent agents/brokers on Aon Affinity healthcare products
- Conduct frequent in-person agency visits, presentations, and sales meetings
- Achieve defined monthly, quarterly, and annual premium targets
- Collaborate with underwriting, product, marketing, and carrier partners to drive conversion
- Gather and communicate competitive intelligence to refine pricing and product positioning
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and territory planning
- Represent Aon Affinity at industry conferences and healthcare-related events
What Success Looks Like in the First 12 Months:
- Strong agency engagement and repeat submissions
- Consistent progress toward full production expectations
- Predictable pipeline development and close rates
- Trusted internal partner to underwriting and carrier teams
Required Experience & Capabilities:
- 3-5+ years of insurance sales or business development experience
- Active P&C insurance license
- Proven success generating new business through agents or brokers
- Strong consultative selling and presentation skills
- Comfort with a travel-intensive, field-based role (1-2 weeks per month)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience selling to or through healthcare-focused agencies
- Affinity or program business exposure

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $65,000 to $80,00 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive production incentives in addition to base salary. The amount of any production incentives varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
