The Role

Working closely with the Head of Commercial Finance, this role is responsible for managing month-end processes and preparing and analysing financial reports for the international business unit. Provide financial and non-financial insights to support management decisions.

• Manage month-end close, journals, P&L, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Perform variance analysis and track sales and trade spend.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and maintain sales database.
• Report actuals and update marketing tracker for international activities.
• Reconcile online and marketplace P&L and manage pricing in Oracle.
• Conduct financial analysis for pricing/NPD and support audit queries.

Your Profile

You will be a person with excellent communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail. You will have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, being able to well manage competing priorities.

• 3-5 years' commercial accounting/finance experience, preferably in FMCG or retail.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and advanced Excel/ERP (Oracle/SAP) skills.
• Accounting/Commerce degree with CA/CPA (completed or near completion).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and ability to manage priorities.
