With a distinguished reputation and extensive expertise, your new company is positioned as a top-tier player in the Insurance industry renowned for its award-winning products and exceptional operations. As their business strengthens, they are hiring a Head of Strategy to oversee the Life Insurance business line.

Your new role

• Strategic Growth Identification: Analyze market trends, regulatory landscapes, and competitive dynamics across Asia to pinpoint new growth opportunities.
• Market Entry & Expansion: Develop strategies for entering new markets or expanding existing operations, including partnerships, acquisitions, and organic growth initiatives.
• Business Case Development: Build robust financial models and business cases to support investment decisions and resource allocation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, distribution, finance, and risk teams to align strategic initiatives with operational capabilities.
• Executive Advisory: Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on long-term strategic priorities and emerging risks.
• Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure the success of strategic initiatives and adjust plans as needed.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Support communication with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, regulators, and strategic partners.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's and Master's degree in relevant areas
• 14 years of Management Consulting or Corporate Strategy experience with coverage in the Life Insurance sector
• Strong team leadership experience in an influential and senior-level role
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and lead various ongoing projects
