Job Title: Fund Accountant

Location: Minneapolis

Salary: $120,000-$160,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cash positioning across all entities, including inter-company funding and liquidity needs
• Manage short-term cash investments, monitor performance, and report on returns
• Enhance and maintain scalable process documentation as the business grows
• Manage revenue invoicing for affiliated entities and assist with review of monthly expenses
• Prepare quarterly compliance reporting for banking partners

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of fund accounting experience within asset management or fund management
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP or accounting systems
• Public accounting or pure bank background
• CPA or working towards a CPA
• Proactive, self-starter mindset with strong growth potential
