A Life Insurance company are undergoing various of projects to optimise increase the company efficiency. With its ongoing growth and adaptation to market demands, the company is seeking an Accountant to support their accounting project.

About the role

As an Accountant, you will play a vital role in conducting finance operation project, liaised with various stakeholders and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, prepare monthly financial statements, and assist with close processes.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure financial aspects of projects are tracked accurately, providing timely reporting and analysis.
• Assist in the UAT process for financial systems and tools, ensuring requirements are met and functionality aligns with business needs.
• Work closely with various departments to provide financial insights, facilitate budget creation, and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+year of relevant experience in accounting industry, insurance bsckground is a big plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Oracle system will be an advantage
• Strong ability to manage high volumes and work under pressure
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate availability or a short notice period preferred
